TENTATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN 7.2.A. - Page 20 <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br /> SAN MATEO COUNTY FIRE IAFF LOCAL 2400 <br /> RE: SUCCESSOR MOU <br /> The City has the right to discontinue the bilingual differential at any time based on changes <br /> to the business needs, provided that the City gives the exclusive representative ten (10) <br /> days notice prior to such revocation, in order to allow the opportunity for the parties to <br /> meet and confer. <br /> 7.17 Exit Incentive Plan (EIP) - DELETE <br /> and including the date this MOU is signed by the Parties and June 30, 2012, will be eligible <br /> to receive a payment under the City's EIP equivalent to the coat of purchasing two years of <br /> Council appro -ed tax deferred IRC Section 401(a) Plan. The details of that Plan arc set forth <br /> in the Plan Document dated January 1, 2004. The plan will cover <br /> retiree, spouse or dependent reimbursements for eligible medical and dental out -of- pocket <br /> expenses such as premiums, prescription drugs, doctor co -pays and eyeglasses. The plan <br /> may be funded by accrued vacation leave com pensatory time, sick leave payout or a <br /> portion of it) and /or payroll deductions. Contributions to the plan must be uniform across <br /> bargaining unit members and may be changed annually at the Union's determination. <br /> 8.1 Paid Holidays <br /> The following shall be paid holidays tfor all employees who are covered by this MOU: <br /> 1, New Year's Day <br /> 2.
