25 . Prior to the submittal of construction documents, the applicant shall obtain <br /> a soils report, prepared by a licensed geotechnical engineer, in <br /> conformance with Engineering Standards, Volumes II & Ill . <br /> 26. Prior to building permit issuance, the applicant shall pay all applicable <br /> water, recycled water, and wastewater related fees outlined on the City's <br /> web site at htt• ://www.redwoodcit .or•/bit/infrastructure/•df/FeesandChar•es01 .04.12.•df <br /> 27. Prior to building permit issuance, the owner/applicant shall pay a Traffic <br /> Mitigation Fee based on the schedule set by City Ordinance chapter 18, <br /> article XV, or as determined by Traffic Study. <br /> 28 . Prior to issuance of any grading permit or other construction permit, <br /> applicant shall submit to City, and obtain approval of, an evaluation and <br /> report, prepared by a licensed engineer, in conformance with the City's <br /> Engineering Standards, demonstrating that the existing sewer mains have <br /> sufficient capacity for the Project. The study shall consider existing , <br /> project, other approved projects, and applications currently under review <br /> in determining the needed capacity. If the existing sewer main is not <br /> sufficient as determined by the City Engineer, applicant shall , as part of <br /> the Project, construct and install new sewer mains sufficient to meet such <br /> requirements, in accordance with the City's Engineering standards and as <br /> directed by the City Engineer to the City Engineer's satisfaction . <br /> 29 . Redwood City has exceeded its Peak Wet Weather Flow (PWWF) <br /> capacity in the past. A methodology to reduce inflow and infiltration by <br /> pipe replacement was determined . The applicant shall reduce inflow and <br /> infiltration to offset increased sewer demand from the project by replacing <br /> aged sewer mains or pay an equivalent in-lieu fee prior to building permit <br /> issuance. The length of pipe replacement required or the amount of fee <br /> will be based on the project's sewage generation projection (Attachment L <br /> of the City's Engineering Standards). <br /> 30 . The applicant shall provide all field survey data related to the project. The <br /> data shall be provided in AutoCad drawing files. <br /> 31 . Any changes in the approved permit plans shall have prior approval of <br /> Engineering & Construction , following the "Revisions" procedure in the <br /> Engineering Standards. <br /> 32 .
