33 . The Applicant shall submit a tree protection plan showing that all trees 12- <br /> inches in diameter and larger to remain will be protected during <br /> construction . <br /> 34. All utilities and street sections, private or public, shall be designed in <br /> accordance with the City's Engineering Standards . <br /> 35 . The public water main within the project site shall be designed per City <br /> Standards , with a minimum size of 8", made of City standard materials, <br /> and installed per City Standard . <br /> 36 . Where a public water main is located below a permeable pavement <br /> section , the City standard utility trench detail must be adhered to below <br /> the pavement section required for the permeable pavers. In some cases, <br /> this may require additional cover over the water main to allow for both the <br /> required stormwater volume and adequate water main protection . <br /> 37 . AII pavement in the public right of way must be per City standards. Pavers <br /> will not be allowed as a pavement within public right of way. <br /> 38. Grading shall be performed in accordance with Volume III , Part II of the <br /> City's Engineering Standards (www.redwoodcity.orq/cds/engineerinq/standards/design/Party). <br /> Soil or other construction materials shall not be stockpiled in the public <br /> right-of-way. Applicant shall submit cut/fill volumes (CY) for all soils to be <br /> imported to or exported from the site. <br /> 39. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices <br /> ( BMPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in <br /> accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> (SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into <br /> project plans. <br /> 40 . Plans shall be designed to meet the C3 requirements of the Municipal <br /> Regional Permit (MRP ) NPDES Permit CAS 612008. <br /> 41 . If construction is not complete by the start of the wet season (October 1 <br /> through April 30), the applicant shall implement a winterization program to <br /> minimize the potential for erosion and sedimentation . As appropriate to the <br /> site and status of construction , winterization requirements shall include <br /> inspecting/maintaining/cleaning all soil erosion and sedimentation controls <br /> prior to , during , and immediately after each storm event; stabilizing <br /> disturbed soils through temporary or permanent seeding , mulching , <br /> matting , tarping or other physical means; rocking unpaved vehicle access <br /> to limit dispersion of much onto public right-of-way; and covering/tarping <br /> stored construction materials, fuels, and other chemicals.
