As site conditions warrant, the City Engineer may direct the <br /> applicant to implement additional winterization requirements. <br /> 42 . Infiltration devices shall not be used where confirmed seasonal high <br /> groundwater is less than 10 feet from the bottom of infiltration measure or <br /> device . <br /> 43 . The project is proposing to use permeable pavers as a "self-treating" <br /> device . This will only be allowed if: <br /> a . The amount of stormwater storage in the base rock below the <br /> subdrain is sized to hold the C.3 .d volume of runoff. <br /> b . No other impervious areas drain to the permeable pavers. All roof <br /> runoff must be directed to an alternate form of stormwater <br /> treatment. <br /> 44 . The use of bioretention areas for stormwater treatment has been <br /> approved in concept; however, the bioretention area section shall be <br /> designed in conformance with the San Mateo County guidelines found in <br /> the C .3 Technical Guidance Manual . <br /> 45 . The applicant shall replace, repair, repave, or reconstruct street, curb , <br /> gutter and sidewalk pursuant to City Ordinance chapter 18 , article XIV. <br /> 46. The applicant shall install underground utilities. As outlined in the City <br /> Municipal Code Chapter 1 1 , Article I I (Subdivisions) and Chapter 18 , <br /> article XIV ( Local Development Standards), all dry utilities for this project <br /> shall be installed underground . The City's Technical Specification for <br /> Trenching and Backfill (Spec Section 02202) should be followed for utility <br /> installation . <br /> 47 . Traffic control for lane closures shall conform to the Work Area Traffic <br /> Control Handbook; street closures require prior submission of traffic <br /> control plans to be approved in advance. <br /> 48 . Abandoned driveways shall be removed and replaced with sidewalk, curb <br /> & gutter pursuant to City Ordinance chapter 29 , article III . <br /> 49.
