<br /> Scope of SeNices for the Design of <br /> Two Water Circulation Pvmp StB/ions <br /> At Redwood Shores Lagoon <br /> The drawings for the 100 percent submittal will be complete along with the <br /> specifications. The 100 percent subuútl'al will include comments on the 80 percent <br /> subnùttal. COM will submit five copies of the drawings and specifications to the City <br /> at the 100 percent stage: <br /> The City will review the drawings aI'ld specifications and provide final comments. <br /> Following receipt of the final commenæ from the City, the 100 percent drawings will <br /> be plotted full size (22 x 34 inches) velUIr\. The specifications will be printed (8 1/2 x <br /> 11 inches). <br /> One set of drawings and one set of specifications will be delivered to the City. The <br /> Oty will print and distribute the contract documents to construction contractors. The <br /> drawings will be in ACAD 2002 and the technical specifications will be in Word. <br /> ACAD files and Word files will be provided to tlle City. <br /> Task B-3 Meetings <br /> CDM will attend three meetings with the City during the performaI'lce of Tasks B-1 <br /> and B-2. <br /> Task B-4 Bid Inquiries and Addendum <br /> During the bidding period, replies will be prepared to respond to contractor inquiries <br /> regarding the drawings and specifications. Addendum will be prepared where <br /> deemed necessary in order to clarify and/ or interpret drawings or specifications, all <br /> in a manner set forth for such procedures in the specifications. COM will work a <br /> maximum of 8 hours of staff tim~ in the performance of this task. <br /> Part C Services During Construction <br /> (scope ro be determined at a later date) <br /> Task C-1 Participate in Preconstro.ction Conference <br /> Task C-2 Review Shop Drawir\gs and Substitutions <br /> Task C.3 Oarifications and Requests for Information <br /> Task C-4 Assist with 01ange Orders <br /> Task C-5 Visits to Site and Observations of Construction <br /> Task C-6 Prepare Record Drawings <br /> Conditions and Limitations <br /> The proposed scope of services are based upon the following conditions and <br /> linùtations: <br /> 1.
