The public hearing was closed at 7 :37 p.m. MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Henderson introduced the following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Barrett, its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7347 FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A CERTAIn WALKWAY IN THE VICINITY OF ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IS UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR PRO- SPECTIVE USES AS A PUBLIC WALKWAY; AND ORDERING THE VACATION THEREOF, SUBJECT TO THE RESERVATION OF A CERTAIN EASEMENT The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. Auditing Services for 1974-75 Fiscal Year (Uhlenberg & Co. ) City Manager Fales referred to his report of January 23, 1975 attaching report from the City Controller, dated January 20, regarding the subject auditing services. Mr. Fales and City Controller Ference replied to ques- tions from Council and commented concerning auditing costs for general improvement districts and with regard to revenue sharing. Call for bids - Poole Warehouse building modifications City Manager Fales referred to his report of January 23, 0" 1975 regarding the approval of plans and specifications and calling for bids in regard to partitioning of Poole who Warehouse.
