89 <br /> Chief Bold recognized coordinator Lt. John Heavy, Lt. <br /> Robert La Berge, and Lt. Terry Lamport who have made <br /> significant contributions to assisting with the police <br /> reserve program, and introduced the candidates : William <br /> Dillingham, Richard Eckstrom, John Gast, Raymond Grove, <br /> Joseph LoSchiavo, John Muldown, Jess Raygoza, Eddie <br /> Richart and Charles Szekretar. <br /> City Clerk Hildebrand administered the Oath of Office to <br /> the nine police reserve candidates . <br /> 1 Mayor Weymouth expressed the appreciation of the Council <br /> and of citizens of Redwood City for the willingness of <br /> the members of the Police Reserve to offer such total <br /> commitment to serving their community, and observed that <br /> the City is fortunate in having such people willing to <br /> volunteer to train and work in order to serve their fellow <br /> citizens. Mayor Weymouth also commended the staff of the <br /> Police Department who have assisted in developing an <br /> effective police reserve <br /> Approval of Final Map - Condo de Vera <br /> (Frontier Management Company) <br /> t <br /> Assistant City Manager Smith referred to the file on the <br /> subject Final Map provided by the Planning Department and <br /> observed that the Final Map presented is in substantial <br /> conformance with the Tentative Map previously approved <br /> by Council. <br /> MOTION : Title having been read, Councilman Barrett in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and moved, seconded by <br /> Councilman Leipzig, its adoption <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7455 APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL <br /> MAP OF CONDO DE VERA SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br /> CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br /> AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br /> THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br /> SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote . <br /> Traffic - Circle Star Theatre area <br /> Assistant City Manager Smith referred to the Manager ' s <br /> report of July 31, 1975 and to the previous report df <br /> July 17 attaching recommendations of the Director of <br /> Public Works . Mr. Smith observed that the item had been <br /> continued from the Council meeting of July 21 pending con- <br /> firmation by Circle Star Theatre of the insurance require- <br /> ment contained in the recommended revocable permit. <br /> MOTION : Titles having been read, Councilman Norris intro- <br /> duced the following resolution and ordinance and moved, <br /> seconded by Councilman Barrett, adoption of the resolution <br /> and approval of the ordinance : <br /> -2- <br /> Re Mtg. <br /> 8/4/75 <br />
