i 157 Application for exceptions to certain provisions of the Subdivision Ordinance, Carlos Avenue and Leahy Street (Pellarin Construction Co ) City Manager Fales called attention to the materials provided to I Council by the Planning Department relating to the subject appli- cation Planning Director Schroeter replied to Council question concerning details regarding lot size In response to question regarding consideration of the subject application prior to approval of the Planned Development Permit (see note below) , Mr Schroeter advised the Permit has been approved by the Planning Commission and is slow in getting to Council City Attorney Schricker observed that one condition of the application is that recordation of the map precede issuance of the Planned Development Permit and noted certain time requirements with regard to tentative maps may have resulted in the subject application preceding the PD Permit to Council Mr Schricker advised that Mr Pellarin, the proponent can agree to hold the application until the issuance of the PD Permit can be considered John Pellarin, the applicant, was present and agreed to continue consideration of the application with regard to the Tentative Map until a hearing can be held on the PD Permit Mr Schricker ruled that the record of the meeting indicating Mr Pellarin's verbal agreement to continue the item is sufficient to permit the con- tinuance I MOTION Councilman Leipzig moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, to continue consideration of the application for exceptions to certain provisions of the Subdivision Ordinance, Carlos Avenue and Leahy Street, for Pellarin Construction Company until November 3, 1975 when a public hearing can be held on issuance of a Planned Development Permit The motion carried unanimously by voice vote (NOTE Discussion took place and the motion above was made and carried under the misapprehension that the Planned Development Permit for the subject development had not yet been considered by Council However, RESOLUTION NO 7478 conditionally approving application for Planned Development Permit for the property was adopted September 8, 1975 Therefore, the subject application will be scheduled for consideration at the next regular Council meeting on October 13, 1975 ) (MINUTE ORDER NO 75-197) Internal Security - Municipal Services Center City Manager Fales referred to his report of September 26, 1975 regarding the security program at the Municipal Services Center and attaching report from the Acting Director of Buildings and I Transportation dated September 17 MOTION Title having been read, Councilman Norris introduced the following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, its adoption -3- Reg Mtg 10/6/75
