i 157 <br /> Application for exceptions to certain provisions <br /> of the Subdivision Ordinance, Carlos Avenue and <br /> Leahy Street (Pellarin Construction Co ) <br /> City Manager Fales called attention to the materials provided to <br /> I Council by the Planning Department relating to the subject appli- <br /> cation <br /> Planning Director Schroeter replied to Council question concerning <br /> details regarding lot size <br /> In response to question regarding consideration of the subject <br /> application prior to approval of the Planned Development Permit <br /> (see note below) , Mr Schroeter advised the Permit has been <br /> approved by the Planning Commission and is slow in getting to <br /> Council City Attorney Schricker observed that one condition of <br /> the application is that recordation of the map precede issuance of <br /> the Planned Development Permit and noted certain time requirements <br /> with regard to tentative maps may have resulted in the subject <br /> application preceding the PD Permit to Council Mr Schricker <br /> advised that Mr Pellarin, the proponent can agree to hold the <br /> application until the issuance of the PD Permit can be considered <br /> John Pellarin, the applicant, was present and agreed to continue <br /> consideration of the application with regard to the Tentative Map <br /> until a hearing can be held on the PD Permit Mr Schricker ruled <br /> that the record of the meeting indicating Mr Pellarin's verbal <br /> agreement to continue the item is sufficient to permit the con- <br /> tinuance <br /> I MOTION Councilman Leipzig moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, <br /> to continue consideration of the application for exceptions to <br /> certain provisions of the Subdivision Ordinance, Carlos Avenue <br /> and Leahy Street, for Pellarin Construction Company until November 3, <br /> 1975 when a public hearing can be held on issuance of a Planned <br /> Development Permit <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> (NOTE Discussion took place and the motion above was made and <br /> carried under the misapprehension that the Planned Development <br /> Permit for the subject development had not yet been considered by <br /> Council However, RESOLUTION NO 7478 conditionally approving <br /> application for Planned Development Permit for the property was <br /> adopted September 8, 1975 Therefore, the subject application <br /> will be scheduled for consideration at the next regular Council <br /> meeting on October 13, 1975 ) (MINUTE ORDER NO 75-197) <br /> Internal Security - Municipal Services Center <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of September 26, 1975 <br /> regarding the security program at the Municipal Services Center <br /> and attaching report from the Acting Director of Buildings and <br /> I Transportation dated September 17 <br /> MOTION Title having been read, Councilman Norris introduced <br /> the following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> Leipzig, its adoption <br /> -3- <br /> Reg Mtg <br /> 10/6/75 <br />
