" The motion carried unanimously by voice vote Request of Housing Concerns Committee that the Housing Advisory Subcommittee be disbanded City Manager Fales referred to his report of November 6, 1975 re- garding the report of the Housing Advisory Committee Councilman Norris, Chairman of the Housing Concerns Committee, stated that the suoolementary report on low and moderate income housing sent by him on October 24, 1975 to the Housing Concerns Committee was I written by him as a City Council member and not in his position as chairman of the Housing Advisory Committee Reg Mtg 11/10/75
