Director of Public Works Pusich and <br /> Planning Director Schroeter responded to questions by Council <br /> relating to requirements and conditions in the agreement, in- <br /> dicating that they are standard conditions, and that monitoring <br /> is done partially through the Building Permit procedure, and <br /> City Attorney Schricker advised that additionally, the agree- <br /> ment with its conditions will be recorded and runs with the <br /> land.
