Gebhart, <br /> St. Peter' s Episcopal Church. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Councilmen present : Barrett, Henderson, Leipzig, Norris, <br /> Rhodes and Mayor Weymouth <br /> Councilmen absent : Williams • <br /> GAP students present : Walsh, Coyne, Dupree, Fontes, <br /> Hiscox, Morozovsky <br /> mom <br /> Officials and staff present : City Manager Fales, City <br /> Attorney Schricker, City Clerk Hildebrand and Planning <br /> Director Schroeter, Police Chief Bold. <br /> Approval of Minutes - February 3, 1975 <br /> MOTION: Councilman Henderson moved, seconded by Council- <br /> man Norris, that the Council Minutes of February 3, 1975 <br /> be approved as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> Public Hearing - Weed Abatement, 1975 Program <br /> Mayor Weymouth declared open the public hearing on the <br /> 1975 Weed Abatement Program at 7:34 p.m. <br /> In response to question, City Clerk Hildebrand advised <br /> that she has on file the Affidavit of Publication of <br /> Notice of Hearing regarding the subject hearing and <br /> that no written communications were filed. <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of February 7, w " <br /> 1975 regarding the award of contract for the 1975 Weed <br /> Abatement Program and attaching report of the Director <br /> of Public Works dated February 6. Mr. Fales recommended <br /> that the subject contract be awarded to Bay Pest Control, <br /> San Mateo, on the basis of their low bid in the total <br /> amount of $24,340. <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 2/10/75 <br />
