Mr. Mills also asked that Winklebleck <br /> Street be retained as a one-way street now . <br /> Discussion followed and Director of Public Works Pusich <br /> and Mr. Fales replied to questions concerning the staff <br /> rrr desire for safety by avoiding the possibility of cars <br /> stacking on the tracks; the possible desirability of <br /> drivers establishing new traffic patterns when the <br /> Broadway area under construction is reopened to the <br /> public ; and the fact that it is now staff intention to <br /> continue Winklebleck as a one-way street at this time. <br /> At the suggestion of Mr. Fales and there being no objec- <br /> tion, Mayor Weymouth ordered the item continued until <br /> April 21 pending presence of the entire Council and <br /> receipt of a staff report including additional maps <br /> showing traffic options and measurements with regard to <br /> stacking lanes. (Memo 4/8/75) <br /> Reservation policies and fee schedules - <br /> Fair Oaks Community Center <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of April 4, 1975 <br /> attaching a copy of the proposed Reservation Policies <br /> and Fee Schedule for the Fair Oaks Community Center as <br /> prepared by staff and reviewed, approved and recommended <br /> for adoption by the Community Center Advisory Board. Mr. <br /> !m Fales noted that under "III. Private Groups" the fee for <br /> the multipurpose room is $70.00 rather than the $55.00 <br /> __ shown. <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Williams in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and moved, seconded <br /> by Councilman Leipzig, its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7384 ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE AND <br /> RESERVATION POLICIES FOR THE USE OF THE FAIR OAKS <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> Contractual agreement with City of <br /> San Carlos re wastewater testing program <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of April 4, 1975 <br /> regarding the subject program and attaching report from <br /> the Director of Public Works, dated March 19. <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Leipzig in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and moved, seconded <br /> by Councilman Barrett, its adoption :. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7385 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> lbw EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR PERFORMANCE OF <br /> LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote . <br /> -3- <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 4/7/75 <br />
