Brinkat, 831 Hillcrest Boulevard, <br /> Millbrae, for a Use Permit for a restaurant- <br /> bar at 2726 Broadway, the following findings <br /> having been made: that the establishment, <br /> maintenance or operation of the use applied <br /> for would be detrimental to the health, <br /> safety, peace, morals, comfort or general <br /> welfare of persons residing or working in the <br /> neighborhood of such proposed use or would be <br /> detrimental or injurious to property or im- <br /> provements in the neighborhood or to the <br /> general welfare of the City, specifically, <br /> 1) the activity would be detrimental to the <br /> economic well-being of existing businesses; <br /> 2) it would create a traffic burden; 3) there <br /> is inadequate parking; 4) unsightly refuse and <br /> other hazards would be created; and 5) the <br /> building is structurally unsuited for the <br /> intended occupancy. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by roll call <br /> vote.
