cWC : sh 1 / 13 / 86 <br /> in7C : sh 1 / 14 / 86R <br /> SWC : sh 3 / 03 / 86R <br /> SWC : sh 3 / 13 / 86R <br /> SWC : sh 5 / 06 / 86R <br /> SWC : sh 5 / 19 / 86RR <br /> (b ) The City agrees that other development approvals <br /> within the City shall not diminish Developer ' s plans for the <br /> full development of the Property in accordance with this <br /> Agreement despite increase burden by virtue of other <br /> development upon public facilities . <br /> ( c ) The City agrees to cooperate and use the City ' s <br /> best efforts to accommodate Developer in timely processing <br /> building permit applications and other permits , applications <br /> and similar documents related to the Project . <br /> ( d ) Developer shall be responsible for obtaining all <br /> OD <br /> permits and approvals as may be required by other <br /> C <br /> governmental entities for development of the Property . The I <br /> CTS <br /> City agrees to cooperate with Developer in obtaining any Otl� <br /> necessary permits and approvals . <br /> 12 . GOVERNING LAW . The ordinances , rules , regulations and <br /> official policies governing the zoning or permitted uses of the <br /> Property , or governing the density , height , size , design and <br /> improvement and construction standards and specifications <br /> applicable to development of the Project thereon , are those <br /> ordinances , rules regulations and official policies in force at <br /> the date of this Agreement ; provided , however , that this <br /> Agreement shall not prevent the City , in subsequent actions <br /> applicable to the Property , from applying new rules , regulations <br /> and policies which do not conflict with , frustrate or impair <br /> those rules , regulations and policies applicable to , or the full <br /> development of the Project on , the Property as set forth or <br /> 16 <br />
