CHANGES IN LAW. In the event that state or federal <br /> laws or regulations , enacted subsequent to the date of this <br /> Agreement , prevent or preclude compliance with one or more <br /> provisions of this Agreement , such provisions of this Agreement <br /> shall be modified or suspended as may be necessary to comply with <br /> such state or federal laws or regulations without impairing the <br /> validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof . <br /> 14 . AGREEMENT APPROVED . Public hearings on Developer ' s <br /> applications for the Agreement were held by the Planning <br /> Commission on March 18 , 1986 , and by the City Council on May 19 , <br /> 1986 . These hearings were held after giving proper notice of the A <br /> C? <br /> City ' s intention to consider the adoption of this Agreement . CD <br /> This Agreement has been approved by the City by virtue of its p <br /> td <br /> adoption of Ordinance No . 1931 in which the City Council has <br /> found that the provisions of this Agreement are consistent with <br /> the City ' s General Plan . <br /> 15 . PERIODIC REVIEW . The subject matter of this Agreement <br /> shall be reviewed at least once every 12 months , at which time <br /> Developer and / or its successor ( s ) in interest to the Property <br /> shall be required to demonstrate good faith compliance with the <br /> terms of this Agreement . If , as a result of such periodic <br /> review , the City finds and determines , on the basis of <br /> substantial evidence , that Developer or its successor ( s ) in <br /> interest have not complied in good faith with the terms or <br /> 17 <br />
