AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION . <br /> ( a ) This Agreement may be amended or cancelled , in <br /> GO <br /> whole or in part , by mutual consent of the parties hereto or <br /> CD <br /> their successor ( s ) in interest , provided that such amendment <br /> or cancellation shall relate only to that specific portion CD <br /> or portions of the Property as may then be owned by the <br /> particular party or parties to any such amendment or <br /> cancellation . Notice of intention to amend or cancel any <br /> portion of this Agreement shall be given in the manner <br /> provided by Section 65867 of the Government Code . All <br /> amendments to this Agreement shall be first approved by <br /> Ordinance of the City Council in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Section 65867 . 5 of the Government Code . <br /> 18 <br />
