qWC : sh 1 / 13 / 86 <br /> 4C : sh 1 / 14 / 86R <br /> SWC : sh 3 / 03 / 86R <br /> SWC : sh 3 / 13 / 86R <br /> SWC : sh 5 / 06 / 86R <br /> SWC : sh 5 / 19 / 86RR <br /> (b ) Notwithstanding the foregoing , ( i ) any amendment <br /> to this Agreement which does not relate to the term , <br /> permitted uses , density or intensity of use , height or size <br /> of buildings , provisions for reservation of land , <br /> conditions , fees for public facilities , terms , restrictions <br /> and requirements relating to covenants relating to the use <br /> of the Property shall not require a public hearing before <br /> the parties may execute an amendment hereto ; and ( ii ) any <br /> non- substantive deviations from the development plan for the <br /> Project ( as summarized in Exhibit " B" ) , as determined by the GDP <br /> 0, <br /> Director of the Department of Community Development , with <br /> respect to the location and bulk of buildings , streets and din <br /> C <br /> other physical facilities shall not require an amendment to CO <br /> this Agreement . <br /> 17 . ENFORCEMENT . Unless amended or cancelled as provided <br /> in Section 16 , this Agreement shall be enforceable by any party <br /> hereto notwithstanding any change in the applicable General Plan , <br /> Special Plan , zoning , subdivision or building regulations adopted <br /> by the City which alters or amends the ordinances , rules , <br /> regulations or policies governing permitted use of the Property , <br /> or governing the density , design , improvement and construction <br /> standards and specifications applicable thereto , as in effect on <br /> the date of this Agreement , but in all events subject to this <br /> Agreement . <br /> 18 .
