Diller Street - The entire width of Diller Street along the project frontage, including street, curb, gutter, and sidewalks on both sides of the street(note that generally the curb, gutter, sidewalk and street up to the centerline for the entire length of Diller between El Camino Real and Franklin would be the requirement, but due to other proposed projects in the area, this requirement is for an alternative, but equal, area). B. Wilson Street - The entire width of Wilson Street up to the lip of gutter on the opposite side of the street, from El Camino Real to Franklin Street, including street reconstruction and curb, gutter, and sidewalk reconstruction on the project side of the street. C. Bulb-outs - on both sides of Diller and Wilson Streets at their respective intersections with El Camino Real. D. Surrounding Streets - Streets surrounding project site shall be restored to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project completion.When this requires pavement restoration (such as a slurry seal). Applicant shall consult with the City Engineer to receive the preferred layout of pavement markings. 42. Public Access Easement—The applicant shall dedicate a public access easement for any locations where the required sidewalk is on the project's private parcel, to accommodate public access.
