One round of revision based on the City Project Manager’s <br />comments is assumed. <br /> <br />Consultant will prepare cross-section graphic representations illustrating the future SLR <br />adaptation scenario at up to three points along Blomquist Street. Cross-sections may <br />include: Blomquist Street east of railroad tracks, Blomquist Street between Maple <br />Street/Lane A and railroad tracks, and Blomquist Street west of Maple Street/Lane A. <br />The cross-section graphics will be submitted electronically to the City’s Project Manager <br />for review. One round of revision based on the City Project Manager’s comments is <br />assumed. <br /> <br />In addition, up to 25 additional photograph images depicting Specific Plan concepts will <br />be included in the document. The photographs will feature Redwood City or other cities’ <br />existing built environment that illustrate or characterize the concepts. <br /> <br />Task 11: Other Related Tasks <br /> <br />11.1 EIR Assistance: Alternative Buildout Calculations and Mapping <br />Consultant will provide build-out calculations for up to two EIR alternative site plans. <br />This task assumes that ESA and/or the City’s Project Manager will provide a written <br />description of the alternatives prior to the calculations being prepared. This task allows <br />for 24 hours of graphic support for alternatives mapping. This task assumes site <br />planning and land use calculations will be provided on a level of detail equal to that of <br />the Maximum Theoretical Build out. The task does not include any urban design, <br />circulation, or infrastructure work. It assumes one round of review for any mapping, <br />calculations, or other product prepared by Consultant. <br /> <br />11.2 Infrastructure Implementation and Cost Estimating Assistance <br />Fuscoe Engineering Inc. will assist project team with the infrastructure implementation <br />verbiage and cost estimates. <br />7.1.G. - Page 8
