Page 2 of 2 <br />range for this position is $9,438 - $11,206, and is based on the results of a salary <br />survey of comparable classifications within a group of benchmark cities in the Bay Area. <br />The Deputy City Attorney would have benefits as established in the Summary of <br />Benefits for Executive Management. This would be an additional position within the City <br />Attorney’s Department and addressed in the proposed fiscal year 2015-2016 budget <br />being presented to City Council for consideration. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Council could direct staff to maintain existing staffing and job descriptions <br />2.
