Management Partners has trained personnel required in perForming all of the <br /> services required under this Agreement. Such personnel shall not be employees of or have a <br /> contractual relationship with the City separate from their services as employees of Management <br /> Partners. All training and direction as to the performance of said services shall be from <br /> Management Partners and the individual consultant.
