The following hourly rates apply to other potential consultants on the engagement. Jan Perkins $220 Ja Trevino $190 Dan Marks $190 Heain Lee $ 75 2. Council Retreat Facilitator. Consultant will assist the City by facilitating a Council Retreat on February 1, 2016, in a satisfactory and proper manner in accordance with direction provided by the City Manager and Mayor, but will include: a. Activity 1 — Prepare the Session: Consultant will create an agenda based on direction provided by the Mayor and City Manager. Consultant will review the agenda with the City and will finalize per direction received. Consultant will coordinate with designated city staff about workshop logistics. b. Activity 2 — Facilitate the Session: Patrick O'Keefe will facilitate the session. He will be assisted by a management analysis who will serve as recorder. The session will be engaging and interactive. It will be facilitated in a way that enables all participant to productively discuss goals and reach agreement on the priorities for the year. The topics of interest to the City are: • Discussion of the status of major projects; • Discussion of the upcoming State of the City address, including the Mayor's portion and each Council member's presentation; and • Teambuilding, with a focus on building trust, getting better acquainted with each other, and exercise(s) from the book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. c. Activity 3 — Summarize Results: After the workshop, Consultant will prepare a report summarizing the results and follow-up steps to be taken. Compensation and Method of Payment. Consultant will provide these consulting services on an hourly basis, for an amount not to exceed $5,200. We will charge $190 per hour for Patrick O'Keeffe and $95 per hour for a management analyst.
