Nfght Work f flow and/or traffic are an issue for CONTRACTOR to complete a segment, arrangements will be made with City to work at night. CONTRACTOR shall provide businesses/residences 48 hours prior notice of any potentially disruptive activity. Additional compensation for night work will not be paid by the City. DELIVERABLES: 1. Deliverables shall nclude CCTV inspection videos, pictures and databases n an extemal ha�d drive as mentioned herein; manhole �spection reports; printed CCN nspection reports; summary of CCTV inspection reports in excel format (see detaiis below), color coded sewer basin site maps (see details below); MPEG-4 format color video. 2 Submit summary of the CCN nspection reports in excel format showing the following: inspection ID, pipe segment reference, date of inspection, street name, upstream manhole no. designation, downstream manhole no. designation, sewer use, direction of flow,flow control,size of pipe,type of pipe, shape of pipe, pipe joint length, total pipe length, actual pipe length surveyed, pre-cleaning method use, weather condition and the overall pipe rating condition of the plpe segments (from MH to MH) indicating the following ratings 1 - if the pipe is in excellent condition, 2 if the pipe is in good condition, 3- �the pipe is in fair condition, 4 f the pipe is � poor condition and 5- if the pipe is in bad condition and needing immediate removal and replacement. 3. Submit a GIS map with color coded sewer basin site map or a physical map with the segments color coded by hand showing pipe segments (from manhole to manhole) pipe condition rate designation in color coding as follows:Pipe segments(from manholeto manhole)with 1 - excellent pipe rating condition in blue color; pipe segments with 2- good pipe rating condition in green color; pipe segments with 3-fair pipe rating condition in pink color ;pipe segments with 4- poor pipe rating condition in orange color and pipe segments with 5 bad pipe rating condition in red color. DEADLI N E: ! CONTRACTOR shall complete all work within 60 (sixty) working days of the City's notice 1 to proceed. CONTRACTOR shall put a third crew on this project if needed. CONTRACTOR 1 shall average about 3,000 linear feet per day, per crew, which shall allow CONTRACTOR to finish within the City's timeframe.
