The notice shall be <br /> sufficient if mailed to Subdivider at the address of the owner of the <br /> property as shown on the lates.t adopted County Assessment roll. The <br /> notice shall describe the work to be done by Subdivider, the time <br /> within which the work shall commence and the time within which it <br /> shall be completed. <br /> 5. Upon notification by City to proceed with the work as <br /> provided for in Paragraph 4 , Subdivider shall provide City with a <br /> good and sufficient payment bond for all bills for labor and materials <br /> of Subdivider and a general comprehensive liability insurance policy <br /> in an amount and in a form to be approved by City. Subdivider shall <br /> • cause engineered improvement plans to be prepared by a registerecl <br /> civil engineer to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works <br /> and at Subdivider' s expense. After approval of said plans by City, <br /> Subdivider shall make application to the Department of Public. Works <br /> for an encroachment permit to perform the aforementioned work in the • <br /> right of way of City. Said Department of �ublic Works shall, after <br /> Subdivider or his contractor has cbmplied with all of the requirements <br /> of City for issuance of such a permit, cause an encroachment permit <br /> to be issued to Subdivider or his contractor to perform said work in <br /> the right of way of City. <br /> 6 . Five (5) days prior to commencement of work on the <br /> improvements herein provided for, Subdivider shall notify the <br /> Department of Public Work.s, in writing, of his intention to begin <br /> work on said improvements.
