�� <br /> inspection incurred by City and Subdivider shall deposit an amount <br /> sufficient to cover the estimated cost of such inspection prior to__ <br /> commencement of work. � <br /> 7. Subdivider agrees to install and complete the work within the <br /> time specified in the notice given by City in accordance with the <br /> standards and specifications of City. <br /> £3. Should Subdivider fail to construct any or all of said <br /> improvements within the time allotted as specified in the notice to <br /> Subdivider described in Paragraph 4 of this agreement, City may <br /> cbnstruct, or cause to be constructed, said improvements, and <br /> Subdivider agrees to reimburse City for the cost of any and all labor <br /> and materials used therefor, including engineering, inspection, and <br /> all administrative overhead of City. In the event Subdivider fails <br /> • to pay all� sums due City on account of such work within thirty (30) <br /> days after receipt of notice, City is hereby authorized to cause the <br /> cost thereof to be assessed as a lien against the real property <br /> hereinabove described. Such lien may be foreclosed upon if necessary; <br /> provided, however, that the lien herein provided for all improvements • <br /> shall be subordinate to the First Deed of Trust for the purchase of, <br /> and/or for the construction of improvements on, said real property <br /> of Subdivider. <br /> 9. Subdivider shall notify the Department of Public Works, in <br /> writing, of the completion of the improvement work herein provided for <br /> so that final inspection may be performed prior to acceptance of said <br /> improvement work by City. <br /> 10 . At such time as .the installation of improvements for which <br /> Subdivider is herein made responsible has been completed and accepted <br /> 4 <br />
