Center 1 Wheel Chair Lift 2 <br /> 797 Redwood Shores Pkwy <br /> Parking Structure 2 Hydroelectric 4 <br /> 750 Marshall St. <br /> BASIC SERVICES: <br /> Contractor shall provide a program of examination, lubrication, adjustment, and <br /> whenever required by wear and tear of normal elevator usage, repair or replace <br /> the elevator equipment described in COVERED EQUIPMENT using trained <br /> elevator mechanics directly employed and supervised by Contractor. <br /> Contractor's employees will use reasonable care to maintain the equipment in <br /> proper operating condition. Repairs and replacement are subject to the <br /> exclusions stated under EQUIPMENT EXCLUSIONS and SPECIAL <br /> CONDITIONS herein described. Contractor shall not be required to make <br /> adjustments, repairs, replacements or renewals necessitated by vandalism, by <br /> the misuse of the equipment, by the negligence on the part of others, by fire, <br /> including fire damage due to electrical shorts or arcing, by casualty, by <br /> earthquake, by water damage, or by reason of any cause beyond Contractor's <br /> reasonable control including, but not limited to, voltage fluctuations, power <br /> surges or outages. Contractor shall not be required to make adjustments, <br /> repairs, replacements or renewals with regard to any equipment or items which <br /> become obsolete. <br /> TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 02200-3 <br />
