(Brad Whitaker, appellant) (603) <br /> Affidavits of Publication of Public Hearing notice and mailing are on file in the City Clerk <br /> Department. <br /> Mayor Hartnett called upon the appellant, Brad Whitaker. Mayor Hartnett advised that <br /> Mr. Whitaker's attorney, Michael McCracken, had FAXed him earlier in the day with a <br /> request for a 30-day continuance to consider suggested alternatives.
