Staff report; <br /> The City Clerk swore in all those in the audience and on staff who were about to give <br /> testimony in this matter. <br /> MEMO 3/26/96 <br /> REPORT: Planning Commission, March 25, 1996 <br /> Acting Planning Director Passanisi presented the staff report describing the two - <br /> subject parcels and the request for a Planned Development Permit for a nine unit single <br /> family subdivision. Director Passanisi showed an overhead of the site, advised that the <br /> project does conform to the density requirements of the "R-2" zoning district, and <br /> advised that the zoning ordinance allows ten units on this 1.1 acre property. <br /> Acting Planning Director Passanisi advised that the Planning Commission denied the <br /> request for a Planned Development Permit and the developer had appealed that <br /> decision on his behalf and on the behalf of the property owners.
