(304) <br /> REPORT: Project & Systems Engineer, April 15, 1996 <br /> Project and Systems Engineer Brian Lee presented the staff report and described the <br /> ---... design changes necessitating the task order requests. He advised that these requested <br /> funds were included in the overall budget approved by Council on March 18, 1996. <br /> Councilman Leipzig said he was pleased with staff's design clarification and negotiations <br /> with BKF, which resulted in reducing BKF's original request from $138,202 to a not to <br /> exceed figure of $44,886. <br /> In response to Council questions, Engineer Lee said the independent structural review <br /> performed by Winzler and Kelley was required by the Joint Powers Board.
