DTPP regulations are divided into
two groups: 1) Standards, which are mandatory, and primarily address conventional
zoning subject matter such as use, height, setbacks, and parking; and 2) Guidelines,
which are highly recommended but not mandatory, and primarily focus on design
issues. As proposed, the Project complies with all applicable Standards and proposes
deviations from nine (9) Guidelines. Table 1 provides a summary of the Project's
compliance with key DTPP Standards.
