Below is a <br /> summary of their respective review and recommendations: <br /> 1. Architectural Advisory Committee Review: <br /> Per Section 2.0.3(A)(3)(a) of the DTPP, the Applicant's proposed nine (9) <br /> deviations from DTPP guidelines triggers the requirement for AAC review. On <br /> April 28, 2015, the AAC held a study session to provide feedback on the Project's <br /> conceptual design. Applicants revised the plans in response to this feedback and <br /> on May 26, 2015, the AAC reviewed the Project and recommended approval of <br /> the proposed deviations on the condition that the Project return to the AAC for <br /> final review of design details prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. The AAC's <br /> recommendations for each deviation is provided in Attachment 4. <br /> 2. Historic Resources Advisory Committee Review: <br /> Per Section 2.0.3(A)(3)(a) of the DTPP, the Project is classified as a Historic <br /> Project and as such, review by the HRAC is required to evaluate the Project's <br /> conformance with the DTPP historic resource preservation standards and <br /> guidelines. The Fox Theatre building is listed on the National Register of Historic <br /> Places and is identified in the DTPP as a Historic Resource to be Preserved. As <br /> part of the Project, approximately 650 square feet of the existing dressing -room <br /> wing at the rear of the Fox Theatre would be removed to accommodate the new <br /> mixed -use structure.
