Provide services per attached proposal prepared by BergDavis dated July 13,2015. <br /> b. Based upon the BergDavis proposal, ELS will provide support for the Strategic Communications effo�t, <br /> including preparation of presentation materials and graphics for use in all community meetings,work <br /> sessions and presentations. Additionally, ELS will play a key role in all presentations related to the <br /> proposed project. <br /> C. CEQA Coordination and Assistance: <br /> a. ELS will provide assistance and support to the YMCA/City's CEQA consultant by providing design <br /> documentation, programming information and basic assumptions about the building use. ELS will also <br /> facilitate meetings with appropriate City and YMCA staff to gather specific information about the proposed <br /> hours of use,anticipated number of visitors during peak and off-peak hours,and anticipated parking needs <br /> in the context of current Morton Park use. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> For the effort outlined above,we are proposing the following not-to-exceed amounts to be invoiced on a time and expense <br /> basis per the attached ELS Rate and Expense Schedule. <br /> A. New Architectural Concept Package: <br /> a. ELS $7,500 <br /> (This will be invoiced as an additional service to our current contract) <br /> B. Strategic Communications and Public Outreach: <br /> a. BergDavis. $45,000 <br /> b. ELS $15,000 <br /> C. CEQA Coordination and Assistance: <br /> a.
