I hope I <br /> conveyed both our breadth of experience and our enthusiasm for the endeavor in our <br /> conversation with your client. We have greatly enjoyed our past collaboration with ELS <br /> and, given our expertise in land use related communications and community outreach, <br /> I believe we could be an impactful member of your team. <br /> The balance of this document is an overview of services that BergDavis might provide <br /> for the project.As we discussed yesterday, our firm is more than happy to tailor its <br /> scope of services to the client's needs depending on the team's existing ca�acity, <br /> budget and capabilities. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> BergDavis takes its role as an advisor for its clients seriously. We believe it's our <br /> obligation to protect clients' reputations, advance their goals, and provide them with <br /> honest, unsparing advice. As a part of your team we will do our utmost to be strong <br /> advocates and thoughtful communicators on their behalf. Our efforts could include: <br /> Advice and Strategy <br /> First and foremost we are advisors to our clients, providing advice and counsel as <br /> necessary. We take a long view of client projects, anticipating potential opportunities <br /> and obstacles so that they may prepare for either best case or worst case scenarios in <br /> advance. We expect to be used as a sounding board to develop useful strategies to <br /> move the project forward. <br /> Develop an Outreach Plan <br /> BergDavis will develop an outreach plan to maximize stakeholder engagement, elicit <br /> feedback and ultimately develop project supporters.
