The Building Code is hereby amended by adding <br /> thereto following Section 3205 thereof, a new section to be <br /> numbered 3205.1r said section to read as follows: <br /> "Section 3205.1 There shall be installed in the <br /> j attic or area under the roof of all buildings sufficient <br /> vents to properly ventilate the area. The total area of <br /> attic vent openings shall be approximately one-half square <br /> inch per square foot of attic or roof area when the roof <br /> pitch is greater than a three inch rise in a 12 inch run, <br /> and double that when the pitch is flatter. The method of <br /> venting shall be approved by the Building Official." <br /> SECTION 18. �ection 3302 of the Building Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> j "Section 3302. {a) Number of Persons. The number of <br /> persons permitted in any building or portion thereof shall not <br /> exceed those set forth in Table No. 33-A,, except that where <br /> additional exit facilities are provided the occupancy load <br /> may be increased in accordance with Section 3302(b) and (c) . <br /> -11-� <br />
