Grading necessary to provide drainage <br /> shall not be less than one-eighth of an inch per foot and <br /> so arranged to drain to a low point outside the foundation <br /> wall or to the street gutter. <br /> "In lieu of such drainage, some means of preventing <br /> water from collecting under the house may be providedr if <br /> authorized by the Building Official, and subject to his <br /> approval." <br /> SECTION 14.
