All fees required by the Redwood City <br /> Plumb ing Code shall be paid in addition. to all fees required <br /> by this article. <br /> "Section 23, (a) In the event additional dwelling <br /> units are to be constructed which would increase the number <br /> of dwelling units being served by a single sewer connection, <br /> a connection fee shall be paid for such additional dwelling <br /> units in accordance with subdivisions (b) or (c) of <br /> Section 20. The fee payable shall be computed on the basis <br /> of the total number of dwelling units existing and proposed, <br /> less the fee which wou�d be payab le on the existing units <br /> if constructed alone. <br /> " (b) In the event additional plumbing fixtures are <br /> to be installed in an existing structure, or an existing <br /> structure is to be enlarged or expanded, or an additional <br /> structure is to be constructed in connection with any <br /> commercialf industrial, institutional or other non-residential <br /> activity, and is to be served by an existing sewer con- <br /> nection, a connection fee shall be paid for the additional <br /> gross f loor area and/or additional fixtures in accordance <br /> with subdivision (d) of Section 20. The fee payab le shall <br /> be computed on the basis of the total gross floor area <br /> and f ixture units, existing and proposed, less the fee <br /> which would be payable on the existing structure if con- <br /> structed alone. <br /> "Section 24.
