SCOVE: Good evening. My name is <br />12 Gwenythe Scove. <br />13 Honorable Mayor and Council Members, I <br />14 would like to speak tonight about process. This <br />15 evening you will be discussing a very significant <br />16 development project. A number of residents have <br />17 commented on this project since its inception and <br />18 throughout the approval process. <br />19 In the spring of 2003 Glenborough-Pauls <br />20 sent out this flier describing the proposed Marina <br />21 Shores Village project to residents of Redwood <br />22 City. The mailer included political endorsements <br />23 of the project from several community leaders and <br />24 an elected representative.
