RIDNER: That's a condition of approval <br />4 that exists in Precise Plan, that's correct. <br />5 COUNCIL MEMBER HARTNETT: Can I follow if <br />6 we're staying on the same topic in a connection for <br />7 downtown? <br />8 Would you describe the pedestrian <br />9 connection as proposed between the project and <br />10 downtown. <br />11 MR. RIDNER: Currently many of you are <br />12 aware there's a bridge that crosses Redwood Creek <br />13 and. goes under -- I guess it would be the south <br />\ <br />14 side of the underpass of Highway 101 underpass. As <br />15 part of our conditions of approval, we would be <br />16 required to put a pedestrian pathway that would be <br />17 improved and light and -- improved in such a way <br />18 that would encourage pedestrian and bicycle traffic <br />19 in that area. <br />20 And I think the cost of that, within -- <br />21 that's identified within the list of improvements <br />22 that were required to do, somewhere in the <br />23 neighborhood of $1.4 million.
