REPORTER'S TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDINGS TAKEN 5-24-04
Next slide.
Here's some simulations that shows what's
there now versus what's approved. This is looking
north from Seaport and 101.
Next slide.
This is looking south near Whipple and 101.
This is looking from Bair Island.
Here is from Maple Street overcrossing.
Now, this project has evolved over time,
and I want to show you what the original plans
looked like or the original elevations looked like.
This was the original project, which included less
towers, but higher heights, believe it or not. And
that was the image from the 101 near Seaport.
And if we go to the next slide, you'll see
the towers have come lower and there's more of
them. And that's something that we've worked with
over the last couple years with the architects.
So if you go back and then go forward, so
you'll note the changes in the design and the
height of the buildings.
Thank you, next slide.
Here's a viewpoint from 101 near Whipple
going south, that's the original project, and the
proposed project.
UCCELLI & ASSOCIATES 25
(650) 952-0774
..
