NOBLES: Good evening. I'm Bob Nobles, <br /> 10 a long time resident of Redwood City. And I have <br /> 11 not spoken out on this project before, because my <br /> 12 respect and feeling of friendship for Paul Pars of <br /> 13 Glen-Pauls and for Pete and Paula Uccelli. But I'm <br />( <br /> 14 going to speak tonight from a standpoint of the <br /> 15 sequel process. <br /> 16 I have been a Planning Commissioner for <br /> 17 Redwood City and the County of San Mateo for 20 <br /> 18 years now, a little bit over 20 years. And during <br /> 19 that time I've dea~t with literally hundreds and <br /> 20 hundreds of environmental impact reports. I think <br /> 21 perhaps a thousand.
