The project will not use, transport, <br />dispose, or emit hazardous materials. There are no known hazardous material conditions on or near <br />the project site that pose a safety concern. The project will not result in a safety hazard as a result of <br />airport use or wildfires; nor will it interfere with an emergency response or evacuation plan. <br /> <br />4.8.4 Conclusion <br /> <br />The proposed project would not result in hazardous materials impacts.
