Other public facilities?     <br /> <br />Documentation: <br />The proposed changes for the existing LII area would not create any new demand for public services. The LII area is located in <br />an urbanized area with existing infrastructure and established maximum density regulations set forth by the General Plan. The <br />proposed changes to the LII zoning district would not result in substantial adverse physical impacts or create significant <br />environmental impacts, which would affect maintenance of acceptable service ratios or emergency response times. The project <br />is proposing minor land use changes and will not change development standards. <br /> <br />XV.
