19 XIV. PUBLIC SERVICES Would the project: Potentially Significant Impact Less Than Significant With Mitigation Incorporated Less Than Significant Impact No Impact a) Result in substantial adverse physical impacts associated with the provision of new or physically altered governmental facilities, need for new or physically altered governmental facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios, response times or other performance objectives for any of the public services: i. Fire protection?     ii. Police protection?     iii. Schools?     iv. Parks?     v. Other public facilities?     Documentation: The proposed changes for the existing LII area would not create any new demand for public services. The LII area is located in an urbanized area with existing infrastructure and established maximum density regulations set forth by the General Plan. The proposed changes to the LII zoning district would not result in substantial adverse physical impacts or create significant environmental impacts, which would affect maintenance of acceptable service ratios or emergency response times. The project is proposing minor land use changes and will not change development standards. XV. RECREATION Potentially Significant Impact Less Than Significant With Mitigation Incorporated Less Than Significant Impact No Impact b) Would the project increase the use of existing neighborhood and regional parks or other recreational facilities such that substantial physical deterioration of the facility would occur or be accelerated?     b) Does the project include recreational facilities or require the construction or expansion of recreational facilities which might have an adverse physical effect on the environment?     8.C. - Page 32
