MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE INTERNATIONAL <br /> ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS LOCAL 2400: (905) <br /> Councilwoman Howard removed this item from the Consent Calendar to compliment the <br /> two negotiating teams, IAFF, and the City's negotiating team, for working together on the <br /> successful, long term agreement in such a cooperative manner.
