MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. Update on Activities of Redwood City International - <br /> Councilwoman La Berge gave an oral report on Sister City activities in Redwood City <br /> and described Zhuhai, China, Redwood City's first Sister City. Councilwoman La Berge <br /> advised that Redwood City was honored two years ago to receive the first modern art <br /> exhibit to leave China, due to its Sister City relationship with Zhuhai. <br /> Councilwoman La Berge announced that Redwood City International was seeking a <br /> second Sister City, and with our large Hispanic population in Redwood City, hoped to find <br /> a Sister City in Mexico.
