<br /> B. John Mooney, 980 Pleasant Hill Road, Redwood City, apologized to the Council for not <br /> being able to attend the earlier Interview Session for the Senior Affairs Commission. Mr. <br /> Mooney stated that he was asking the Council, again, to establish an audit policy, and fund <br /> it properly, to monitor the money the City gives to non-profit organizations. <br /> Councilwoman Howard advised she would have Housing Coordinator and CDBG funds <br /> administrator Debbi Jones-Thomas, contact Mr. Mooney to provide him with the strict <br /> guidelines used by Redwood City to monitor the money given to non-profit organizations. <br /> (404) <br /> MEMO 4/25/95 <br /> C. Vic Holbrook, 1007 Jefferson Avenue, thanked Planning Director Patterson and Mayor <br /> Gasparini for responding to his concerns regarding plans for his property, and asked City <br /> Engineer Luck to provide him with further information. Dominic Ferrari, 944 Corriente Pointe Drive, Redwood City, member of the committee <br /> supporting the school and community center in Redwood Shores, thanked the Council for <br /> its unanimous support of the project. Mr. Ferrari stated his 17-member committee was <br /> chaired by Krista Crock, and the committee planned to be very proactive in pushing this <br /> joint project to completion. Mr. Ferrari asked that a project manager be hired for the <br /> project and that the City encourage the Belmont School District not to slow down over the <br /> summer vacation. Mr. Ferrari described a survey the committee would soon be <br /> distributing and offered to include any questions the City might want answered. Mr. <br /> Ferrari said the committee was available to work with the City on any issue, and he could <br /> be reached by phone at 917-9911.
