PART 2 (INTENTIONALLY DELETED) <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> The PARCS system shall be configured to incorporate the following programs and rate structures. <br /> 3.1 Parking Rates <br /> The following is the current parking rate scenario for the lefferson/Century Theater and Marshall Street <br /> Garages. <br /> Rate Jefferson Street/Century Marshall Street <br /> Before 6PM $0.25/hr $1.00/hr <br /> After 6PM/Weekends $2.50/hr <br /> /Holidays <br /> Free Parking First 90 minutes <br /> Validated 4 hours free parking with Theater validation <br /> 3.2 Parking Permit System <br /> Redwood City currently issues monthly public parking permits for the Marshall Street Garage. <br /> Approximately 400 permits are in use per month. A proximity card (Indala� FlexCard�) is issued to the <br /> monthly permit holder to gain access to the garage. Depending on the available times and days of use the <br /> monthly permit parkers pay a rate of$60, $80, or$100 per month per permit. Permit holders are invoiced <br /> on a quarterly basis. <br /> Redwood City does not issue monthly public parking permits for the Jefferson/Century Garage. While <br /> monthly permits are not sold, some proximity access cards are issued to City staff for use and access to the <br /> garage. <br /> 3.3 Validation Program <br /> Redwood City's facilities agreement with the On Broadway Development (Century Theater) requires the <br /> City to provide four(4j hours of free parking validation to patrons of the Century Theater.
