EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 11.5. Admin telephones will include all functions and features defined for a staff <br /> (standard) set, 11.4, plus a multiline set capable of supporting at least six <br /> e�ension appearances. <br /> 11.6. Full-duplex Voice over IP Conference telephones that support ancillary <br /> microphones <br /> Functions and Features: The following outlines many of the more complicated <br /> functions and features to be delivered, configured, and operational as part of this <br /> agreement. All functions and features to be delivered and operational are included in <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> 12.PIuq-and-Play: All IP phones plugged into the network will automatically recognized <br /> by the system and configured for immediate service. Adding additional capacity is to <br /> be as simple as plugging in a new ShoreGear voice switch. It will be automatically <br /> discovered by ShoreWare Director, and more telephone or trunk capacity will be <br /> available. <br /> 13.Call Detail Reaortina / Call Accountinq: PFI will install ShoreWare Call Detail <br /> Recording (CDR) service which generates call records for all locations into a single, <br /> unified database on the ShoreWare server with no need for "buffer boxes" and <br /> "polling devices" to integrate CDR data from multiple sites. Included reports to <br /> provide information on trunk, user, workgroup, and network activity. Using database <br /> tools, knowledgeable individuals shall be able to create custom reports tailored for <br /> specific needs. The ShoreWare CDR Service shall also generate call records into a <br /> text file for use by third-party call accounting packages. <br /> Authorized managers shall be able access reports at any time from their own <br /> Desktop PC. Additionally, a CMS client version shall be able to be installed on <br /> additional workstations, providing additional users access to its reports. The CMS <br /> comprehensive costing engine shall be able to price calls utilizing most carrier rate <br /> plans (i.e. local, intralata, intrastate, interstate, and international tariffs. <br /> 14.VMWare Intearation 1 Disaster Recover and Backup: The delivered ShoreTel will <br /> fully support VMware implementations for all applicable ApplicationNoicemail <br /> server(s). The supported VMware version is v4.0 ESX/ESXi or higher. <br /> 15.Microsoft ExchanqeT"" / OutlookT"" Inteqration: Using a mouse, without needing to <br /> physically dial their telephone, users will be able to dial phone numbers in email <br /> messages, their address book and contacts folder, as well as the City's Microsoft <br /> Exchange Global Address List. <br /> 16.Location survivabilitv: In the event of a failure of WAN (fiber connectivity), or the <br /> unavailability of the Data Center, the remote locations will be configured so they will <br /> continue processing calls over local PSTN trunks with no loss of functionality.
