EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> includes forwarding calls directly to a specific user's voicemail greeting, and <br /> recording a message. <br /> 17.Voicemail location availabilitv: Voicemail functionality at each location will be able to <br /> survive a failure of the WAN or a catastrophic failure of the City Hall Data Center. All <br /> locations shall be able to send calls to voicemail correctly even if the inter-office <br /> WAN is not available. <br /> 18.4-Digit dialinq: All phone numbers in the system must be reachable by dialing the <br /> last four (4) digits of the phone number. For example, if a number is (650) 780-7090, <br /> any user of the system can reach the number by just dialing 7090. <br /> 19.Desktop Presence, Buddy Lists, Instant Messaqinq & Collaboration: <br /> 19.1. Live Presence/Buddy Lists: On the ShoreTel System, live presence is <br /> provided for all users across the organization in the included Desktop <br /> application; Personal Communicator. Users are able to see when other <br /> employees are on or off the phone or if they've been idle. It is represented <br /> by a very intuitive stop light system: green = available, yellow=idle, <br /> Red=away/DND. This tab is fully customizable for both internal buddies <br /> and external buddies. External buddies can be quickly added through <br /> Communicator's integration with Outlook's Contacts and will show as a <br /> gray bubble. They do not have presence, but are always at the users' <br /> �ngertips for a quick click-to-dial from Communicator. <br /> 19.2. Users shall be able to "hover" over any of their intemal buddies and see <br /> who they are currently talking to and how long they've been on a call for. <br /> These functions shall be managed by the Administrator depending on a <br /> user's Class of Service. <br /> 19.3. Presence — Users shall have the ability to see the status (i.e., on phone, <br /> out of office) of selected or all individuals in a department or group from <br /> their desktop <br /> 19.4. Inbound call routing based on a user's MS Outlook calendar status shall <br /> be included and configured. For example, when a user add an <br /> appointment in Outlook, they are given the option to do something specific <br /> with inbound calls during their appointment. Options shall be things such <br /> as to redirect the call to another number or send it straight to voicemail. <br /> 20.Conference Callinq: Beyond the ShoreTel native 6 party Ad-Hoc conferencing, the <br /> PFI will install the Conference Bridge that provides meet-me conferencing, <br /> application and desktop sharing. The solution will provide leader codes and <br /> participant codes.
