EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The Conference Bridge must be a collaboration solution that unifies audio <br /> conferencing, desktop/application sharing, instant messaging, virtual meeting rooms, <br /> on-line presentations, and multi-media recording with one easy-to-use interFace. The <br /> system's simplified management and exceptional reliability enables organizations to <br /> easily manage collaborative activities in-house and helps reduce costs. Key features <br /> must include: <br /> • Reliabilitv Built-In: ShoreTel Converged Conferencing is built on an embedded, <br /> Linux-based appliance with redundant disk-drives to provide enterprise-class <br /> reliability. The system must have web-based management and a report interface <br /> to make it simple and easy to administer. <br /> • Secure Audio and Web Conferencinq: Passwords and SSL streaming to keep <br /> documents secure while secure pass codes, locked conferencing, and a visual <br /> display of who's on the call to keep the audio calls safe from eavesdroppers as. <br /> • Outlook Integration: Scheduling audio and web conferencing from inside Outlook <br /> appointments by simply responding "Yes" to a conference and having the <br /> software automatically assign access codes and paste them into the meeting <br /> invitation. <br /> • Conference Recordinq: Multimedia recordings to store the audio from the call, <br /> along with the documents presented to keep an archive of the event or to enable <br /> the distribution of the information to a broad audience without having to repeat <br /> the session over and over again. <br /> • Dial-Out Capabilitv: To eliminate the dead time associated with waiting for parties <br /> to join a conference on time by simply dialing out and proactively bringing them <br /> into the meeting. In addition, the Web-based interface must let participants <br /> request a call-back. <br /> 21.Mobility Applications: <br /> 21.1. Simultaneous Rinqinq: The system must have the ability to simultaneously <br /> ring a user's desk phone and cell. If the user answers the call on their cell <br /> phone, they can get the call back to their desk phone by pressing the "join" <br /> soft key on the desk phone. Conversely the user must be able to press the <br /> same "join" soft key to move a call from the desk phone to the cell phone. <br /> 21.2. Find Me/Follow Me: The ShoreTel Office Anywhere, part of the ShoreTel <br /> Communicator, feature shall allow users anywhere on or off the network to <br /> sit at any phone (office, analog home, or mobile phone) and have that <br /> phone ring when their extension is dialed. Staff shall be able to use <br /> ShoreTel Office Anywhere to assign their extension to any phone <br /> including a cell phone, or analog home phone. <br /> 22.Database PlatForm: All databases used by the system must be either Microsoft <br /> SQLServer or Microsoft Access. <br /> 23.Headset Compatibility: The system will be compatible with the following City used <br /> headsets: <br /> REV:08-28-15 MLG <br /> Page 26 of 69 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2015.207/Packet Fusion New Telephone System <br />
