EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK <br /> • Redwood Shores Library— Bogen system <br /> • Fair Oaks Community Center— Bogen system <br /> • Red Morton Community Center- .Bogen system <br /> 27.Phone-to-phone Paginq: Paging through the telephone handsets will be installed <br /> with up to 100 handsets per paging group. <br /> 28.E911: PFI will integrated the ShoreTel system with the E911 system supplied by <br /> Redwood City through TelePacific. <br /> 29.Music on Hold: Each user shall be capable of having a separate music on hold. The <br /> format of the music shall be .WAV or .MP3. A process will be provided by which City <br /> staff can record their own "music," so it can be City information instead of actual <br /> music. For example, hours of operations, upcoming city events, etc. Music on hold <br /> can be assigned to an individual, a group of extensions, a site, or City wide. <br /> 30.Encryption: The system shall be encrypted using 128-bit AES. <br /> 31.Active Directorv Inteqration: The system shall integrate and authenticate through the <br /> City Active Directory. The system must support "Single Sign On" with Active <br /> Directory for all the user interfaces (PCM, Director, Web user interface). When a <br /> user changes their password on the network, nothing has to be changed on the <br /> ShoreTel system. If not automatic, there must be an easy to use, two-way process to <br /> sync between Active Directory and ShoreTel Director. <br /> 32.Voice Messaqinq Svstem: ShoreTel voicemail shall be installed on a Windows 2008 <br /> or later Server in a VMWare environment connected to the City Ethernet network. <br /> Voicemail shall be available for each user. The voicemail system shall accommodate <br /> up to 10,000 voicemail users on a single system. <br /> 32.1. The ShoreWareT"' Voice Mail service shall be provided as a standard for <br /> all users (including unified messaging with Outlook). It shall require no <br /> additional hardware, consume no telephony ports, and storage shall be <br /> limited only by the size of the server hard disk. The system shall provide, <br /> at a minimum, 32.5 hours of voice storage per gig of hard disk space — <br /> and 254 simultaneous ports of access. <br /> 32.2. Users shall be able to record personal greetings, as well as manage their <br /> mailbox from the ShoreWareT"" Communicator software or from any <br /> telephone. The message notification feature shall alert users to new <br /> messages by calling them at an external number, paging them or sending <br /> them an email.
